Solution Overview

SEE ALL WORK
The platform equips young people with the skills they need to navigate day-to-day pressures and social expectations; encourages personal development and growth; and connects them to HIV prevention outreach and counselling services.

A variety of desirable rewards can be earned by completing point-earning activities on the platform such as linking Facebook pages, referring a friend, taking a quiz and rating a clinic. The system is also integrated into clinic databases to enable consumers to earn points when they take an HIV test or STD screening. Rewards, incentives, budget and point allocation is managed through a user friendly administration console.

LoveLife became the first South African call center to launch an innovative "Please Call Me" (PCM) service. The "PCM" service enables people to click to call from the iLoveLife platform with limited or no funds for phoning to still receive counselling or information. After sending the request callers receive a call back from call centre operators.
